Available functionality

Solution for made-to-order and small-batch production

The module covers production through project management. It allows you to manage pre-production resources (engineering, technology) using tasks and deadlines tied to the deadlines of the master plan. The uniqueness of pre-production scheduling lies in the ability to plan unfinished and uncertified products/semi-finished goods. The status of BOMs and routings is part of the master-plan output and gives you precise information about the progress of production preparation.

Manufacturing control for the plastics industry

Our solution provides online data capture from injection-molding machines, which then serves as an information source for managers and production workers. It automatically posts produced quantities and consumed time onto production orders. The application treats molds and their parts as limited capacities, tracks cycle counts on individual mold parts and uses this information to plan their regular maintenance.

Production control using APS

One of the modules offers a graphical — and therefore much clearer — view of production load, including project capacities via Gantt chart. The overview of capacities and their utilization enables quick operational adjustments to the production plan, ensuring faster throughput of orders and more efficient use of capacity.

Data synchronization from CAD software

Integrating CAD software with the information system eliminates time loss and errors caused by manually re-entering engineering data into the IS. Data synchronization enables automatic creation of items and BOMs in the system. The solution also automatically links engineering drawings to the corresponding items.

Barcode-based data capture

The feature uses modern data-capture technology, bringing huge advantages. The barcode application provides direct access to the system over Wi-Fi via touch screens and intelligent readers. All data on the processed activities is immediately available, and the application can support any company process.

Management views and reports

Provides aggregated company data and reporting quickly and clearly. You get an instant overview of the status and evolution of business processes. Reporting can be shared with all users via a web browser, large-screen displays or mobile applications for tablets and smartphones.
