Available functionality

Office programs for PC

Office 365 also includes a full version of Office 2016, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and OneNote. One user can use Office 2016 on up to five devices (PC or Mac), all of which are kept up to date.
 

Office programs online

Office 2016 is also available in an online version that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. Online Office is a lightweight version of the desktop version and serves primarily for basic file editing, online displays of email attachments and accessing files in repositories.
 

Microsoft Teams

A multi-channel work team communication toolkit based on teams and projects, allowing users to securely share notes and files. The tool features full integration with the rest of the Office 365 suite.
 

Outlook email client

Use a multifunctional, professional e-mail client with the ability to send attachments of up to 150 MB in the familiar Outlook environment, either on your desktop or in your web browser through the Outlook Web App.
 

Skype for Business

In addition to conferences, the Skype app can also be used to communicate with other users through instant messaging, voice calls and video calls.
 

OneDrive for Business

1TB of storage is available for every user, which can be accessed virtually anywhere and shared with users both inside and outside of the organization. In addition, you can specify who can view and edit files. Files can also be synced across computers and other devices.
 

SharePoint

SharePoint allows for easy viewing and sharing of documents, with 10GB of shared storage and an additional 500 MB for each user. Create a team website for important business files and customize it to your liking with a wide set of options.
 

Microsoft Exchange

Microsoft Exchange maintains a business inbox for company email, a business-level calendar, and 50GB capacity for contacts, as well as inboxes for each user. Additionally, the solution can be customized to your requirements.
 

Yammer corporate social network

Office Delve

Office Delve is the first application to use Office Graph to collect and analyze user behavior data based on its relationship to content, topics, and contacts. Delve is designed to help with the search and discovery of a new content within MS Office 365.
 

Office Sway

Tell stories with the Sway digital tool and create impressive, interactive web-based files, presentations, training, and other materials for easy sharing.
 

Outlook Customer Manager

Outlook has integrated CRM for SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises) to manage and develop customer relationships, display communication history, monitor important tasks, and track business activities.
 

StaffHub

Schedule shifts for employees with an intuitive calendar interface through the StaffHub application, which includes both desktop and mobile versions and makes it easy for employees to view their scheduled shifts.
