Make it easier for candidates and get responses in faster way to your opened positions, give them information about the company culture and interview process. The system allows you to organize recruitment according to your requirements and set up criteria for a narrower selection, monitor new candidates and create a pipeline for future needs.

Caring for an employee

From the start day, through getting used to to the new environment and the team, you can support the new colleague with information through HR system. Save all required documents in one place, have centralized employee profiles, set customized training to your employees and make sure your employees have well defined priorities, goals, competencies and roles.

Attendance – leave and absence

Get an overview of attendance of yourself or the team according to the rights as a manager or part of HR department with remaining holidays, taken sicknesses or business trips and have access to shared calendar. In this module, you will approve the leave for the relevant employees and you can create reports on the overall attendance of each employee.

Job evaluation

Through HRM you can let employees know about career growth opportunities at the company or give them a chance to horizontally move roles if they are not satisfied. To evaluate performance, we use the forms used during the probation period and annual reviews. Based on this data you will be aware of the fulfillment of KPI‘s, able to calculate bonuses and set new goals according to the SMART model.

Learning

This model offers to employee access to the company's educational catalog, where they can find an overview of trainings, e-courses, documents, multimedia, quizzes, and links. You can set up education in the human resource management system by category, competency or position. After completing any training course, you will be able to get feedback, create a report or identify further training needs.
